The following instructions are intended to assist realtors and title companies in guiding prospective property owners through the process of acquiring property in Black River Estates.
- Provide buyers with a copy of the Covenants/Restrictions for their review prior to the Act of Sale.
- Inform prospective buyers of annual dues which are based on an assessment per lot ($600 per year for unimproved, $300 for improved). Dues may be prorated and paid on a quarterly basis.
- Provide the Title Closing Attorney with the prorated amount of annual dues at closing.
- Inform the Black River Estates Board of property transaction.
